A simple smart TV from all points of view: design, functionality and use. Among the many models made by Panasonic we can certainly not say it is one of those to have achieved the most success. Although the reviews released by users are very promising, we believe that the Japanese multinational could have offered something more substantial .
Unlike our other reviews, in fact, in this case we want to start immediately from the “flaws”, and then focus on the positive aspects:
- No Bluetooth connection
- Lack of voice assistant integration
- “Remote” section does not exist
- Inability to record your favorite programs on an external drive
Having made these necessary premises, now we can focus on the advantages of this Panasonic smart TV. First, the design is very refined and elegant, with an ultra-slim panel and equally thin bezels. The screen is equipped with more than 8 million pixels , which increases the visual depth and improves the entertainment experience.
The image quality is also guaranteed – and above all – by the efficiency of the HDR . The latter takes care of making blacks darker and deeper and whites brighter and brighter, thus improving the level of contrast and sharpness. Considering the 4K UHD resolution it is easy to understand why this Panasonic smart TV has managed to meet the needs of so many users.
Plus, you can also watch 4K content on Netflix and YouTube. As for the sound, we only know that Panasonic has implemented two speakers with 10 watts of power each , but at the moment we do not have information about the sound system yet. However, due to the absence of Bluetooth, it will not be possible to connect external speakers.
The smart section, although easy to use, is a bit limiting . There is no voice assistant, there is no possibility to quickly transmit multimedia content from the smartphone to the TV and there is no app to download on the phone to manage the television more easily. The only positive aspect to underline concerns the apps , which can be downloaded very easily at the appropriate store, and the possibility of transmitting multimedia files by inserting the USB key in the appropriate input.
In short, let’s say that, for the price requested by the parent company, this smart TV is not exactly what we usually call “an investment”. Of course, this is true for those who are looking for a television with a very rich and complete smart section, because there is nothing to criticize regarding the visual and sound quality . From our point of view, the value for money of this television is not very affordable.
